Conditions for participation

  • The organiser of the annual kick-off campaign "Strong start with KOSTAL" (hereinafter referred to as "campaign") is KOSTAL Solar Electric GmbH, Hanferstr. 6, 79108 Freiburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "KOSTAL").
  • Installation companies (electricians, electrical/solar installers and other professionals who install and commission photovoltaic systems) based in Europe (hereinafter "installation company") can participate in the programme. The prerequisite for participation is a user account in the KOSTAL Solar Webshop. End customers and KOSTAL employees are excluded from participation.
  • The promotion runs from 01.01.2024 to 31.05.2024. The date of purchase of the activation code or Smart Warranty is decisive. KOSTAL reserves the right to unilaterally change the campaign period and conditions of participation at any time or cancel the sales promotion early.
  • Participation in the campaign is voluntary. Each purchase of a PLENTICORE plus inverter with Smart Warranty activation during the campaign period will be rewarded with 1 PLENTICOIN (one-time voucher worth more than EUR 100). 

    In addition, each purchase of a PLENTICORE plus battery activation code during the promotion period is rewarded with 1 PLENTICOIN.

    PLENTICOINs are credited by KOSTAL to the installer's (activation code purchaser) account in the KOSTAL Solar Webshop at the end of the promotion and can be redeemed directly against other activation codes.

    PLENTICOINs will be reserved in June 2024 and each installer company will be informed in writing once they have been reserved.

  • The promotion is valid retrospectively from 01.01.2024 to 31.05.2024 for smart warranty activations for

    The promotion is valid retroactively from 01.01.2024 to 31.05.2024 for battery activation codes for the

  • There is no right to cash payment, exchange or return of the PLENTICOIN. The bonus is provided without any guarantee.

  • The participation conditions are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exception of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. By participating in the promotion, the participant confirms that the terms and conditions of participation are valid and binding.
