The HELIVOR HV is a high-voltage battery storage system for storing solar power. It was specially developed for operation with KOSTAL inverters and is suitable for both private and commercial applications.
- Start with 6.4 kWh (2 modules)
- Up to 28.8 kWh per tower (9 modules)
- Up to 230.4 kWh possible with parallel connection of up to 8 towers.
KOSTAL is your central point of contact for service, support and warranty enquiries. Your installation company will carry out the initial inspection and coordinate contact with KOSTAL if required.
The HELIVOR HV is covered by a 10-year warranty from initial commissioning (no later than 12 months after delivery by KOSTAL).
It is not necessary or possible to activate the warranty, as it is automatically activated upon delivery and is therefore valid without further registration.
Yes, the HELIVOR HV has a modular design and can be expanded with additional battery modules over its entire life cycle. The prerequisite is compliance with the technical specifications.
The storage tank remains operational as long as at least two battery modules are installed. The affected module is automatically recognised and displayed on the control panel.

Yes, several battery towers can be operated in parallel. Parallel operation is carried out via a combiner box in accordance with the specifications in the operating instructions.
The specialist company reports the case via KOSTAL Customer Support. After checking, an exchange service is usually carried out with a replacement device in advance. The warranty period of the entire system remains intact.
The HELIVOR HV is low-maintenance. Regular visual inspections and software updates in accordance with the documentation are recommended.
