The central access point for all applications (e.g. Solar Plan, Solar Portal, Solar Webshop, Service Centre)
Create company account, add employees and assign roles such as "Installation", "Planning" or "Admin" (rights concept)
Required for service code, monitoring, Smart Warranty activation, retrieving activation codes using PLENTICOINs for function extensions and creating service tickets

Participation in a certification training course

Training courses for KOSTAL products such as inverters, wallboxes and energy meters

In addition to technical training and registration in the Solar Terminal, a successful start for new installers also includes targeted stocking of KOSTAL products and PLENTICOINs. The availability of inverters, accessories and sufficient PLENTICOINs means that functions such as battery integration or power upgrades can be activated immediately if required - without waiting times or repeat orders.

This increases flexibility on the construction site, saves time during service calls and enables customer-orientated project management from day one.

PLENTICOINs can be redeemed for different purposes - e.g. battery activation, power upgrades or wallbox convenience functions. This allows an installer to stockpile PLENTICOINs in advance without having to specify what they will be used for
PLENTICOINs enable installers to flexibly retrieve activation codes for product upgrades and reduce storage and planning costs. They strengthen the professional image with customers and create additional sales potential through targeted system extensions
PLENTICOINs are converted into activation codes as required via the Solar App or the Solar Webshop

High added value with activation codes

Activation codes are alphanumeric codes that are generated after a PLENTICOIN has been redeemed. They are entered directly on the device to permanently activate the desired function - e.g. battery or performance upgrade
