From 1st January 2026, KOSTAL will reduce the price of the PLENTICORE plus G2 by up to 15 %. Together with the performance upgrade of 15%, the PLENTICORE plus G2 will become a strategically attractive KOSTAL inverter - perfectly positioned in the price-orientated segment.

With the latest software update, KOSTAL is increasing the DC current carrying capacity of the PLENTICORE plus G2 from 13 A to 15 A in future. The PLENTICORE plus G2 has noticeably more technical reserves thanks to the software update. This 15 % power upgrade makes the inverter optimally compatible with the latest generation of powerful solar modules, which deliver higher currents.
At the same time, the battery side also benefits: the charging and discharging capacity is also increased by around 15 %. For system operators, this means more usable energy, a higher proportion of self-consumption and therefore greater self-sufficiency - in combination with modern high-voltage storage systems.
