KOSTAL Solar Electric GmbH is organising a photo competition in which the participants' photos will be used for advertising and marketing purposes
All installers and solar system operators are welcome to take photos of installed and commissioned KOSTAL Solar Electric products (PLENTICORE G3, PIKO CI, ENECTOR) with/without battery storage and send in their digital photo.

We look forward to receiving your pictures with a short accompanying text commentary on the operation of the system, your experiences to date and background information on the PV system.

The closing date for entries is 15 December 2025

We will publish the winning images. This means that we will first determine the winners by drawing lots.
 

The prizes will be

2 x Urban Scooter (scooter), 1 x Makita 87-piece case, 2 x Dyness backpack and 5 x mini packages (incl. craftsman's tape, folding rule, notebook, mobile phone holder, GripCleaner, ENECTOR shopping trolley chip, bag).

This is how you can take part:

It's very simple: Each participant can upload up to three photos of KOSTAL products with the connected components digitally, as JPEG or PNG files, using the upload function on this page. All installers and solar system operators are eligible to participate (minimum age of the submitter: 18 years; resident in Europe). The images must have been taken in 2025.

Postal submissions will not be considered in the competition. The conditions of participation must be observed. By uploading the photo and the form, the sender agrees to them.

Digital edits of the photos must be indicated. Only limited digital edits that do not change the essence of the image (e.g. clean-up, minor colour and saturation adjustments) are permitted. The photo must not have been generated by an AI.

The photo must not depict living people, other protected objects, buildings, brands, etc. or advertising content.
Employees of KOSTAL Solar Electric GmbH or its affiliated companies are excluded from participation.

The photo competition will take place from 7 November 2025 to 15 December 2025. Images submitted after the end of the period will not be considered and are excluded from participation.
 

Procedure & determination of winners

The winners will be drawn from all photos submitted. The prize draw is purely random and is completely separate from any potential use of the images. At the end of the photo competition, the best entries will receive a prize. The prizes will be sent out within the month of December 2025.


Right of use & transfer of rights

The participant of the campaign assures that he/she is authorised to transfer the rights to the submitted photos and that no rights of third parties are infringed by the submission. Participants grant KOSTAL Solar Electric the simple, irrevocable, unrestricted, transferable and sub-licensable right to use the submitted images, motifs and texts for advertising and marketing purposes. This also includes use in social media.
By uploading, participants assure that they are the author of the submitted photo.

It is not possible to name the author, therefore the author waives the right to be named. The submitted images must not infringe the personal rights, copyrights, trademark rights or intellectual property rights of a third party or organisation. The chance to win or the prizes are in lieu of any claim to remuneration.

Disclaimer

Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The participant is responsible for any claims made by third parties if they use material to which they do not own the rights or which otherwise violates applicable law. KOSTAL is only liable for wilful or grossly negligent misrepresentation of the information provided to it. If a submitted image violates applicable law and/or a participant provides false information, the participants concerned shall indemnify KOSTAL against any resulting liability towards third parties.

Data protection

In the course of organising the photo competition, each participant will provide KOSTAL with the following personal data: Surname, first name, place of residence (street, postcode, town) and e-mail address.
The sole purpose of requesting this personal data is to process the competition, as it would not be possible to make contact or send the prizes without knowing this data.
The personal data transmitted will only be stored and used to conduct the competition and will be deleted after the prizes have been sent.

Final provisions

KOSTAL Solar Electric GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from taking part in the photo competition if they violate the conditions of participation. The same applies in the event that participants use manipulation or other dishonest means or attempt to influence the photo competition in any other unfair way. By submitting the photos, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation. Legal recourse is excluded.
