Promotion: ‘Happy Birthday, PLENTICOIN!’ – Promotion period: 1 May 2025 to 31 October 2025

The organiser of the competition is KOSTAL Solar Electric GmbH, Hanferstraße 6, 79108 Freiburg im Breisgau (hereinafter referred to as ‘KOSTAL Solar Electric’).

Installation companies (electricians, electrical/solar installers and other tradesmen who install and commission PV systems and/or charging stations) with their registered office in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as ‘the participating company’) are eligible to participate. To participate, you must register on this page (https://www.kostal-solar-electric.com/en/special/happy-birthday-plenticoin/)  and have a user account in the KOSTAL Solar Terminal.

The promotional period is from 15 May 2025 to 31 October 2025, 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘promotional period’).

To participate in the promotion, the participating company must, within the promotional period:

• Visit the website www.kostal-solar-electric.com/en/special/happy-birthday-plenticoin/ and register as a participating company. Accept the terms and conditions of participation and data protection and confirm that the information provided is correct.
   
• Access the KOSTAL product extensions via PLENTICOINs in the KOSTAL Solar Webshop and activate them in the device.

Tip: Each activation of a KOSTAL product extension increases your chance of winning.

All KOSTAL product extensions activated in the respective device during the promotional period are eligible for participation. PLENTICOINs for retrieving activation codes for product extensions can be purchased in stores.

You can participate as many times as you like during the promotional period. Each time you activate a product extension, you increase your chances of winning.

After registering on the website  https://www.kostal-solar-electric.com/en/special/happy-birthday-plenticoin/, the participating company will receive a message informing them whether their registration was successful once they have submitted their details.

Participation in the promotion by post, telephone or any other means is excluded.

Winners will be notified by email. All participants will be entered into a random draw. Prizes will be awarded after the promotion ends (31 October 2025) and within a period of up to three months.

KOSTAL Solar Electric reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Any liability for damages on the part of KOSTAL Solar Electric and its employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the promotion, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. The handover of the prize will be organised directly with the respective winner. KOSTAL Solar Electric accepts no liability for any damage incurred in connection with the prizes. In particular, KOSTAL Solar Electric accepts no liability for any defects in the prize items. Cash payment of the prizes is excluded. Employees of the KOSTAL Group and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition. German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.

The protection of your data is important to us. KOSTAL Solar Electric respects the privacy of all persons participating in the promotion. KOSTAL Solar Electric will store and process the personal data collected during the promotion exclusively and only for as long as this is necessary for the processing of the promotion. All personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. In particular, this data will not be used for advertising purposes and will only be passed on to third parties (e.g. a company that delivers the prizes to your address) if necessary for the optimal processing of orders. You can, of course, request information about the data stored by KOSTAL Solar Electric at any time and/or object to the use of your data in whole or in part with future effect by simply sending an email to KOSTAL Solar Electric (info-solar@kostal.com).
