AXITEC battery storage AXIstorage: 2 models for every requirement

The PLENTICORE inverter enables connection to the AXITEC AXIstorage battery storage systems of the SH and SV models. Thanks to the modular design of these storage solutions, a wide variety of system layouts can be realised. All AXIstorage models impress with their compact design and high energy density. In combination with the PLENTICORE, the systems support both single-phase and three-phase operation without the need for additional installation adaptations.

The SH version is specially designed for indoor use and offers a usable capacity of 7.5 to 15 kWh, depending on the configuration. The individual energy packs are installed in a compact housing and form a closed, space-saving unit.

In the SV models, the battery modules are stacked in a wireless plug-in system together with the base and the battery controller. In various configurations, usable capacities of between 10.1 and 23.6 kWh (SV1) or 6.7 and 13.5 kWh (SV2) can be achieved. Thanks to IP55 certification, the SV systems are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation, offering maximum flexibility in the choice of location.

The versatility of the PLENTICORE

The PLENTICORE inverter is designed as an all-in-one solution for modern solar systems and impresses with its flexible expandability. Thanks to different power classes (S, M, L) and the option of subsequent power expansion, the system can be optimally adapted to any energy requirement - both for new builds and retrofits. The PLENTICORE can be operated as a solar, hybrid or battery inverter and is compatible with numerous modular high-voltage batteries.

Thanks to the optional backup power function provided by the KOSTAL BackUp Switch, a mains-independent supply is guaranteed in the event of a power failure. In addition, optional DC overvoltage protection ensures a high level of safety. Intelligent control and communication interfaces, including two LAN ports, WLAN and digital outputs, enable the connection and smart control of consumers such as wallboxes or heat pumps. The AutoUpdate function keeps the device up to date at all times.

Intelligent shade management ensures optimum yields, even when modules are temporarily shaded. Installation is particularly easy thanks to the compact design, tool saving and guided commissioning wizard. Monitoring and visualisation are free of charge via the KOSTAL Solar Portal and the KOSTAL Solar App.

AXISTORAGE LI SH/SV in combination with PLENTICORE - that's simple installation!

Installation of the AXISTORAGE LI SH/SV in conjunction with PLENTICORE is quick and easy. The AXITEC AXISTORAGE SH battery storage system is easy to install indoors thanks to floor and wall mounting. This is ensured by the adjustable feet and screw fixings on the base module of the SH. Alternatively, wall mounting can be carried out quickly using the pre-prepared housing fixing points and the accessories supplied. The battery is set up using the standard WIFI via APP. The battery storage unit is scanned, recognised by the app and is therefore easy to configure for the network connection. Once set up, data loggers and authorised access permissions for specialist companies and users can be set up individually, resulting in personalised, convenient handling.

The AXISTORAGE LI SV battery system is easy to set up thanks to the integrated base plug-in device system, from the base to the energy packs to the battery management system. Finally, AXISTORAGE LI SV is stabilised with mounting rails and is thus ready for connection to the inverter. The SV system can be installed indoors and outdoors thanks to its IP 55 certification.

Thanks to their compact dimensions, the AXISTORAGE SH/SV system storage units can be located in the immediate vicinity of the inverter. This provides a convenient overview.

The PLENTICORE inverters can be easily wall-mounted both indoors and outdoors. They are connected to PV modules or the AXITEC AXISTORAGE solar storage system via the easily accessible DC inputs and connected to the grid via AC. Push-in terminals ensure simple wiring without tools. The connection to the KOSTAL Smart Energy Meter or KOSTAL Energy Meter energy meters can be easily established via the existing Modbus RTU interface.

Communication with the network/web server is wireless via WLAN or wired with LAN via the RJ45 port and is very simple. The PLENTICORE inverters are prepared at the factory to minimise on-site work. This saves time and costs.
