The new PLENTICORE G3 sets new standards in connecting modern high-performance modules and offers maximum flexibility for solar systems – right now. With its impressive input power of up to 18 kW at a maximum current of 30 A per MPP tracker, KOSTAL ensures maximum efficiency and a future-proof system design.

All power classes in the PLENTICORE series feature above-average performance characteristics on the DC side. The high power reserves enable asymmetrical assignment, allowing extremely small and very long module strings to be operated simultaneously.

The PLENTICORE G3 combines intelligent technology, maximum performance and outstanding design. The KOSTAL inverter has been specially developed for the requirements of modern solar systems, whether for private or small commercial use. Thanks to its high input currents of up to 17 A per MPPT (PLENTICORE S/M) and 30 A per MPPT (PLENTICORE L), the KOSTAL inverter enables the efficient processing of powerful high-performance modules, including bifacial modules.

This makes the PLENTICORE G3 ideal for use in demanding PV systems. With its three MPP trackers, the PLENTICORE G3 is also able to optimally control different module configurations such as east-west orientations or shaded strings, guaranteeing maximum yield regardless of the site conditions. Depending on the generator design, the inverters can be overloaded by up to 150% – up to 30 kWp on the PLENTICORE L.

The high input currents on the third MPP tracker also allow very high battery charging and discharging capacities, so that powerful consumers can be supplied and short energy surpluses can be reliably processed in changeable weather conditions.

The PLENTICORE G3 as an integral part of modern solar systems: Functions such as self-consumption optimisation, battery storage connection and compatibility with other consumers such as heating elements, heat pumps and wall boxes ensure maximum independence and efficiency. At the same time, the inverter impresses with its ease of installation.

A compact design, installation-friendly connections and an intuitive user interface enable safe and easy commissioning. With an integrated WiFi module and the free KOSTAL Solar App, controlling and monitoring the system is convenient and flexible. Now in its third generation, the PLENTICORE from KOSTAL features a graphic and illuminated device display.

With its numerous awards, the PLENTICORE G3 is one of the most popular inverters at KOSTAL. In addition to the Top Innovation Award, it has been honoured with the prestigious pv magazine Award and the German Design Award. These accolades confirm KOSTAL's technical innovation and the functional product design of the inverter. The PLENTICORE G3 also impressed in the recently published storage inspection by HTW Berlin: In the HTW ranking, it achieved a record PV2Bat efficiency rating, underlining its outstanding efficiency in combination with battery storage systems. It also achieved an excellent overall result with an efficiency class of A.
