KOSTAL energy meter named "Top Brand"

KOSTAL was named the "Top Brand" for its energy meters in the major survey conducted by TESTBILD.

In the large TESTBILD survey, more than 8,500 consumers were asked about their experiences with products in the "House & Living" category. The survey, which was conducted by COMPUTER BILD and Statista, allowed participants to choose from 3,400 brands in total.

KOSTAL: the TOP BRAND in the "House & Living" category

Several criteria were used to determine the top 5 brands in each of the 99 categories. KOSTAL impressed respondents in the "Digital electricity meters" category, which are characterised in particular by their durability and attractive price-performance ratio.

The two energy meters – the KOSTAL Smart Energy Meter and KOSTAL Energy Meter – were named "Top Brands" and received the top score of 99.8 points.

Back in March 2023, KOSTAL Solar Electric received the Prosumer Award from the Bonn-based research institute EUPD for its energy meters. One of the categories rated was Home Energy Management.

In addition, all measurement and consumption data can be conveniently viewed in the KOSTAL Solar App or on the KOSTAL Solar Portal – regardless of the energy meter selected.
