Copyright and usage notices for KOSTAL images and texts

KOSTAL images and text are subject to copyright. Use of the images, sketches, text etc. provided is permitted under the following conditions. • KOSTAL images and text are used at the user's own risk. • Images and texts provided must not be used for offensive, indecent or unlawful purposes, in particular – but not exclusively – purposes in breach of competition and trade mark legislation. • The KOSTAL images and texts provided may be used for the following purposes: o Creating brochures and flyers o Presentation on your company's own homepage o Visual representation of the partnership, e.g. on exhibition stands. • The images and texts provided may only be used for one's own use • Dissemination to third parties is only permitted for the aforementioned purposes and only in compliance with these copyright terms and conditions • Images, sketches, texts etc. must not be modified without the express permission of KOSTAL and must remain unchanged within the overall context. • KOSTAL images and texts may be used free of charge. Images used for editorial purposes must be labelled with the appropriate source. • Copyright to the data provided on this portal is held by KOSTAL, unless a different author has been expressly stated. Special time-based and spatial restrictions regarding the use of materials, in particular images, may have been specified in the image subtitle and/or labelling in the metadata of the images. • KOSTAL images and texts provided may be used for an indefinite period. • KOSTAL does, however, reserve the right to withdraw this approval at any time without stating its reasons for doing so. • The user is responsible for ensuring that only up-to-date images, sketches, text etc. are used. • KOSTAL accepts no liability or warranty for image data content; the user alone is responsible for the permissibility of using the data • KOSTAL recommends checking this at least once a year. • After publication, KOSTAL shall receive reference material as information about use. • KOSTAL reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and to publish them on its website. • If the user is a businessman, the sole place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising directly or indirectly from this contractual relationship is Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. However, KOSTAL is also entitled to take legal action wherever the user is based. The contract shall be subject to German legislation, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). • Even if individual provisions in this agreement are legally invalid, the other parts shall remain binding. Any rules deviating from these terms and conditions must be agreed in advance and in writing.
