KOSTAL Smart Warranty

The Smart Warranty increases the warranty period of KOSTAL solar inverters from 2 years to 5 years: KOSTAL gives the remaining 3 years as a gift! Free and easy registration, possible within the first 6 months. All that is required is a one-time registration on our KOSTAL Solar webshop. This extension option applies to all devices of the PLENTICORE plus, PIKO MP plus, PIKO IQ, PIKO 12-20 and PIKO 36 EPC series.

Step 3: Enter commissioning date, serial number, system and location data

Step 4: Confirm registration data

Step 5: Warranty certificate received immediately by e-mail

Your statutory warranty isn't affected by our product warranty. Our services covered by the warranty include a rapid replacement service to ensure that the PV system concerned is back up and running again in no time. We will organise the collection of the defective device and we will also cover the freight costs incurred for this.

KOSTAL warranty extension

For our customers who would like to have their inverters protected for even longer, the KOSTAL warranty extension offers an additional extension option. Within the first two years, the warranty period can be extended by a further 5, 10 or even 15 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty extension can be ordered conveniently from the KOSTAL Solar webshop. This dispenses with unnecessarily long application and processing times. Simple and fast: around the clock and even on weekends. It's quick and easy: the customer receives an e-mail with the warranty certificate attached as a PDF. To order the KOSTAL warranty extension, the customer should be registered in the webshop and the Smart Warranty option should be activated.
