EU PVSEC 2010: KOSTAL Solar Electric with a vision of the future
At the 25th EU PVSEC in Valencia KOSTAL Solar Electric will be presenting the 3-phase PIKO 10.1 string inverter – a high-power product with a wide range of applications, and functionality extending far beyond basic inverter functions.
From 6 - 9 September 2010 the conference delegates can find out more about current products and services offered by KOSTAL Solar Electric on the joint stand with KOSTAL Industrial Electronics (Hall 2, Level 3, Stand A15).

Positive Results from Intersolar Europe 2010
With 72,000 visitors from more than 150 countries, the Intersolar Europe trade fair in Munich has been a positive indicator for the industry and its international development. KOSTAL Solar Electric also regards its participation this year positively, not least due to the joint stand with KOSTAL Industrial Electronics.
An international team
Since KOSTAL was this year represented with all of the national companies from France, Italy, Spain and the new company in Greece, the specialist dialogue extended far beyond the German market.
“Thirst for Knowledge” well received
The extensive on-site feedback confirms that our “Thirst for Knowledge” action was successful, guiding the visitors around the stand in a unique and entertaining way. The “Knowledge Bar” with creative cocktails, and the gifts and giveaways at the trade fair, also went down well.

International KOSTAL team at Intersolar Europe 2010
KOSTAL Solar Electric GmbH is appearing at this year’s Intersolar Europe exhibition along with its international subsidiaries from Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the recently founded Greek subsidiary. In addition to expanding its site, the structural development of the company is constantly forging ahead as the company continues to grow successfully.
Like last year, visitors to the exhibition can find out about KOSTAL Solar Electric and KOSTAL Industrie Elektrik at their shared exhibition stand (B4.350). In addition to the new products, which include the next generation of PIKO central inverters, a knowledge transfer event will also be staged. With this event, we will be presenting visitors with information and knowledge on all aspects of our company in a compact and entertaining way.

The 13th edition of the trade show will be held in Madrid between 19 and 21 May in Feria de Madrid and will, once again, be the main meeting and business point with regard to renewable energy and energy efficiency in Spain. PIKO Solar Portal of KOSTAL is on-line
From now on PV systems with PIKO inverters can be supervised comfortably. The PIKO Solar Portal is a free service of KOSTAL for the control of one or several PV systems. Beside a long-term storage of data, the most important profit and performance data of single PIKO inverter and of whole PV systems can be shown clearly. These data can be also exported in order to be individually processed any further. A special advantage for the plant operators is an automatic communication function in case of perturbation. Notifications can be sent to a freely eligible email address, e.g., those of the operator or the plumber.

„Kinderherzen retten e.V.“ charity thanks KOSTAL for their Christmas donation
Along with other supporters, KOSTAL Solar Electric’s donation helped 18 children have a heart operation.
The “Kinderherzen retten e.V.” organization helps fund cardiac operations for foreign children with life-threatening heart diseases at the University Hospital in Freiburg.
The organization’s aim is to help children from medically underdeveloped countries and to give them an opportunity to lead a normal and healthy life with an operation.
KOSTAL Solar Electric made another donation this year. We are delighted to announce that all projects planned by the charity for 2009 could be successfully implemented.
